Dear Valued Customer:

At Crypton, keeping our employees and customers safe is our number one priority as we try to navigate the COVID-19 virus.  As this virus is now impacting us on a global basis, we feel it’s important to communicate to all of our customers and suppliers the steps that we have taken to ensure the health and safety of our employees while at the same time continuing to provide the same level of quality and service that our customers expect.

Three weeks ago, we implemented a Zero travel policy for all employees of Crypton, LLC worldwide.  Our sales, marketing and design teams will continue to work with you remotely to provide you access to our latest fabric collections and marketing support.  We will use this time to focus on using technology to provide creative tools to interact.

While our company remains fully operational, we have taken the following actions to help keep our employees healthy.  Our Bloomfield Hills, MI headquarters is working remotely in an effort to practice “social distancing” to help slow down the spread.  Everyone working remotely has the full capabilities to continue to receive, process and ship orders as well keep in contact with our customers.

Our manufacturing and warehouse facilities in North Carolina are still fully operational.  We have restricted outside visitors from entering our facilities and all employees are being monitored daily as a precautionary measure.  We are in daily communication with our global suppliers to ensure a steady supply of raw materials are available to meet our customer’s demands.  Currently, we have not experienced any material disruptions to our supply chain that could affect our manufacturing operations.  We are very fortunate to work with strong global suppliers that we have developed over the past 28 years that have the capabilities to adjust their workforce and capacity to help meet our production needs.

Our management team is working around the clock to best manage this situation and keep the lines of communication open.

We are very sensitive to the uncertainty that everyone is feeling and will continue to monitor the CDC recommendations for keeping our facilities safe and sanitized.  As we all navigate this ever-changing situation, we will strive to make the best decisions possible to protect our employees, their families and our customers.

We sincerely thank everyone for their continued support and we will continue to provide regular updates as they become available.  Our thoughts and prayers go out to everyone during this unprecedented time and are hopeful for a safe and speedy resolution.

Sincerely,
